Busy, Busy

November, like October, is going to be busy for me, so I can't do NaNoWriMo, although I reallllly want to. But, while I have the start of a (jesus) 175-page book in my head, I've got 4 short stories on the burner here, plus two more for lit. Maybe 3.

As a famous, almost-bald, never-kicking-the-football, beagle-owning child would say:

Aaargh.

Not going to get to that book, anytime soon. Plus, it's a period piece, which means research. Which I detest greatly.

I even considered doing a shorter book, but there's just too much going on, especially with the holidays approaching. 50, 000 words in a month is 1,700 p/day. If only I didn't have a million things going on...
